INFUSE WITH: Tequila, Vodka, Mezcal or Hot Water for a zero-proof recipe

How to Infuse: Fill your Affogato Camp Kit with liquor. While it’s great with any, we like Tequila, Vodka, or Mezcal. Refrigerate for three days to infuse (Don’t have 3 days? Microwave your infusion without the lid. Heat but never boil. Allow to cool.), then strain into another container. Makes eight cocktails.
Mix it Cold:
Pour your strained shot into a shaker cup of ice and add 2 oz milk and 1 oz simple syrup. Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass.
Mix it Hot:
Add 2 oz hot espresso to a mug and pour in your strained shot. Top with whipped cream and garnish with a light dusting of cocoa powder.
Zero Proof - Mocktail:
Fill your Affogato Camp Kit carefully fill with Hot ( almost boiling ) water, shake, and allow it to cool. Makes 8 zero-proof cocktails. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to an elevated coupe glass, and pour your strained shot over it. Top with your favorite spoon.
