Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing: Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days, and we use Priority or First Class shipping which typically arrives within 1-3 business days. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes or customs that may apply. 

Be sure your shipping address is correct. Due to the nature of our handmade-one-of-a-kind products, if you ship to an incorrect address, we will not be able to replace and ship out another item. 

If we are not able to fulfill any part of your order, an email notification will be sent so we can reach an agreeable resolution. If we do not hear back within 3 business days, we will refund the missing item(s) and ship the remaining item(s) as ordered, if applicable.
