Tomatillo Sour Cocktail Infusion Kit - Makes 8 Cocktails - Infuse with Liquor or Hot Water for a Mocktail.

Tomatillos are bright and beautiful (and not tomatoes…we know you know, help us spread the word, please). Use this zingy recipe to make impressive, zippy cocktails.

INGREDIENTS: Cranberry, Tomatillo, Lime, Lemon, Vanilla Infused NONGMO Vegan Sugar

INFUSE WITH: Vodka, Tequila,  or Hot Water for zero-proof recipe.

Each jar is filled with Dehydrated Fruit, Herbs and NON GMO Vegan Sugar. No Preservatives, No Artificial Colors or Flavors.

HOW TO INFUSE: Fill with 12 ounces of the liquor of your choice, we love tequila or vodka. Refrigerate for 3 days (Don’t have 3 days? Microwave your infusion without the lid. Heat but never boil. Allow to cool.) and enjoy for the next 30 days as the basis for 8 craft cocktails. Infuse a 2nd round to double the value. Shelf life: 1 year.


Mix it Cold:

Add to an ice filled glass 1.5 oz. of strained Tomatillo Sour. Top with 3 ounces cranberry juice and one ounce of Gran Marnier. Garnish with a squeeze of lime.

Mix it Hot:

Make your favorite green tea in a heat proof mug. Add a 1.5 oz. strained shot of Camp. Garnish with a squeeze of lemon. Sweeten to taste.

Zero Proof - Mocktail:

Fill a jar with hot water and allow to cool. Add to an ice filled glass 1.5 oz. strained shot of Camp. Top with 2 ounces orange juice, 2 ounces cranberry juice, and garnish with a squeeze of lime.
