How we're staying well in the midst of all the crazy

Have you heard? Apparently there's a pandemic or something going on out there. Turn on any TV channel or listen to any radio station and they might have mentioned it once or twice. Or non-stop for the last billion hours. 

We know, we KNOW, we know. It's crazy times out there. With everything going on, it's easy to feel that overwhelming-spinning- feeling that makes you want to just hide under the covers. Here's a few of our favorite ways to keep that crazy feeling at bay.
